During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was just a short walk away from the train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other places. The room I stayed in was spacious enough to accommodate my luggage and had plenty of plug-in places for charging my electronic devices. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. there were numerous restaurants and places to eat out in the surrounding area.
The Wi-Fi had intermittent connectivity issues at times.

My stay at this hotel in Dusseldorf was excellent. The location was prime, with easy access to public transport and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent wifi signal. The staff, especially Lisa at the front reception, were friendly and helpful. it was a pleasant and comfortable stay at a reasonable cost.
Everything was spot on.

Great location, less than 5 mins from the train station. Staff spoke English and were friendly, helpful. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, and usual options. Strong water pressure and fast warm-up. Convenient HDMI for Nintendo Switch. Lady at check-out was the only English speaker.

On our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Bahn-Hotel. Just a short walk from the train station, it made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel also provided a free transport pass, which was a fantastic bonus for getting around. The room itself was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff, especially Lisa at the front reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. we had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Bahn-Hotel, and I would definitely recommend it for a short-term stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for my needs, being close to Dusseldorf Central Station and within walking distance of many attractions. Secondly, the staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony where I could relax. Plus, the breakfast included in my rate was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was okay, no improvements needed.
